PediaNex didn't start as a startup pitch. It started as an internal tool for one clinic's own patients, doctors, and front desk — and only later became something other practices could use too.
Built as an internal tool, not a pitch
PediaNex started life solving one clinic's own problems — check-in, growth charting, prescriptions, and vaccination tracking — for a working pediatric practice led by its founding pediatrician. There was no roadmap deck; there was a front desk and a full day of patients.
Proven under real clinical load
Every workflow — QR self check-in, WHO/IAP growth charts, WhatsApp-delivered prescriptions — was shaped by a real day of patients before anyone else saw it. That's the 2,300+ prescriptions and 2,000+ patients on record above: normal clinical use, not a demo dataset.
Opened up to other independent clinics
Only once it had been proven under normal clinical load did PediaNex open up beyond its founding clinic. It's built bilingual for English and Hindi, sized and priced for independent practices rather than hospital chains — and still under active development as it moves from a single-clinic tool to a multi-practice product.
